· We accept return or exchange of product within 5 days from the date of receiving your items and subject to our prior confirmation via email.
· We only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original/resale condition.
· Any items returned dirty, washed, or used will NOT be eligible for refund.
· Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be eligible for Exchanges.
· Shipping cost are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers.
· Re-shipping charges for exchanged item(s) will be applied. Customer will bear the shipping cost of the new item and difference in price between the returned and new item.
· We will NOT take responsibility for loss or damage to items sent back to us.
· In the event that the exchange item is out of stock, we will provide a refund in the form of store credit.
